  • Olive oil - 15 ml
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Red onion, sliced - 50 grams
  • Zucchini, sliced - 50 grams
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 10 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix the ingredients until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a round shape, about 1 cm thick.
  7. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, followed by sliced bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini.
  10. Sprinkle oregano, cumin, and chopped parsley over the toppings.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
