  • Bell pepper - 1 small, diced
  • Black olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a circular base (approximately 25 cm in diameter).
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Layer the sliced red onion and diced bell pepper over the sauce.
  6. Place the canned sardines evenly on top, distributing them well.
  7. Sprinkle the sliced black olives over the sardines.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the chopped parsley, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then sprinkle this spice mix over the entire pizza.
  9. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the top for added flavor.
