- Chickpeas - 100 grams, cooked

- Tomato - 1, diced
- Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and let the beef cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas, red bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and parsley.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the vegetable mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice. Pour over the salad and toss to combine.
