- Octopus - 300 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
- Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the octopus. Cook for about 30-40 minutes until tender. Remove the octopus and let it cool.
- Once cooled, chop the octopus into bite-sized pieces.
