Ingredients

Steps

  1. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the diced turnips and cook for about 15 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain the turnips and allow them to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder (if using).
  4. Add the cooked turnips to the bowl, along with the chopped parsley and mint, and toss gently to coat.
