  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves - 10, chopped

Steps

  1. Wash the figs and gently pat them dry. Cut each fig into quarters.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the arugula, chopped walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Add the quartered figs to the bowl with the arugula mixture.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
