Steps

  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them in half lengthwise, then into thin half-moons.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, diced tomato, and finely chopped red onion.
  3. Add the chopped parsley and mint to the bowl.
