- Fresh mint - 10 grams, chopped
- Lemon juice - 30 ml

Steps
- Rinse the bulgur wheat under cold water and then soak it in boiling water for about 10 minutes until it absorbs the water and becomes tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, chopped parsley, and chopped mint.
- Once the bulgur is ready, fluff it with a fork and add it to the bowl of vegetables.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until well combined.
