- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a small bowl, combine saffron strands with 1 tablespoon of warm water and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the saffron mixture to the spice blend and stir well to combine.
- Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

- Remove lamb chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
