Ingredients

  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Saffron strands - 0.5 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, soak saffron strands in 2 tablespoons of warm water for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked saffron (with water), olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss well to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
