- Yellow bell pepper - 1 medium
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, for juice
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Cut the red and yellow bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Peel the garlic cloves and place them on the baking sheet with the peppers.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the peppers and garlic, then sprinkle with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.
- While the peppers are roasting, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
