  • Baby potatoes - 500 grams
  • Garlic - 6 cloves
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl, mixing well to create a marinade.
  5. Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
  6. Spread the coated potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
