- Cumin - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl, mixing well to create a marinade.
