- All-purpose flour - 100 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Warm water - 100 ml
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter - 20 grams, melted
- Chopped almonds - 30 grams
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Create a well in the center and add the egg and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a thin circle, about 20 cm in diameter.
- Brush each circle with melted butter and sprinkle a mixture of honey, cinnamon, and chopped almonds on top.
- Fold the dough circle into quarters, then shape it into a spiral or coil, tucking the edges in.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each coil for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet, drizzle with more honey if desired, and serve warm.
