  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ras El Hanout spice blend - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 1, thinly sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Chickpeas - 100 grams, canned and rinsed
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush the rolled dough with olive oil and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface.
  4. Sprinkle the Ras El Hanout spice blend over the tomato sauce.
  5. Arrange the red bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, and chickpeas evenly on top of the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
