  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh mint - 10 grams, chopped
  • Sliced cucumber - 50 grams
  • Romaine lettuce - 2 leaves

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped preserved lemon, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties.
