- Vegan cheese (optional) - 50 grams
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix warm water and active dry yeast, letting it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt, then add the yeast mixture and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
