- Pizza dough - 250 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Preserved lemon - 1, rind only, finely chopped
- Artichoke hearts - 200 grams, canned or jarred, drained and quartered
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Black olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush this mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- In a separate bowl, combine the chopped preserved lemon, quartered artichoke hearts, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
