Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Preserved lemon - 1, rind only, finely chopped
  • Artichoke hearts - 200 grams, canned or jarred, drained and quartered
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Black olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush this mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the chopped preserved lemon, quartered artichoke hearts, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
