- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh pomegranate seeds - 50 grams (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine pomegranate juice, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and reserve the marinade for basting.
