- Ground lamb - 150 grams

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, diced
- Tomato - 1 large, diced
- Ras el Hanout spice blend - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Harissa paste - 1 tablespoon (optional for heat)
- Cheese (mozzarella or a Moroccan cheese) - 100 grams, shredded
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft.
- Add ground lamb to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper, zucchini, and tomato. Sprinkle in the Ras el Hanout, cumin, salt, black pepper, and harissa paste. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the lamb and vegetable mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before slicing.
