- Olives - 50 grams, sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the meat mixture into small kebab-like patties or spread it evenly over the pizza dough.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then arrange the kefta patties on top.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and olives as toppings.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
