Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Ground beef or lamb - 200 grams
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Olives - 50 grams, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into small kebab-like patties or spread it evenly over the pizza dough.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then arrange the kefta patties on top.
  7. Add the sliced bell pepper and olives as toppings.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the top for added flavor.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
