  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Black olives - 50 grams, sliced
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm, then transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush this mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
