- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, grated
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a circle about 10 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the peppers are slightly tender.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
