  • Green olives - 100 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Black olives - 100 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1, diced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a circle about 10 inches in diameter.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the diced red bell pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the peppers are slightly tender.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  8. Sprinkle the sliced green and black olives evenly over the vegetables.
