- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and salt, and cook for about 15 minutes until they are soft and translucent.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar, black pepper, cumin, and paprika over the onions. Stir well and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized and golden brown.
- While the onions are caramelizing, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled dough to the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the caramelized onions.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Sprinkle the fresh parsley on top before slicing and serving.
