- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, calamari) - 200 grams
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, zested and juiced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the mixed seafood to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until just cooked through. Season with salt, black pepper, and half of the lemon juice. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the dried oregano over the sauce, followed by the sautéed seafood mixture, sliced red bell pepper, and red onion.
- Top the pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley, lemon zest, and the remaining lemon juice before slicing.
