  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Fresh coriander, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, mixing well to combine the spices.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  8. Evenly distribute the chicken and vegetable mixture over the tomato sauce.
  9. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken and vegetables.
