Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Fresh basil pesto - 100 grams
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Halal chicken breast - 150 grams, cooked and sliced
  • Pine nuts - 30 grams, toasted

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the fresh basil pesto evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the pesto layer.
  6. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red bell pepper, and zucchini on top of the cheese.
  7. Add the cooked and sliced halal chicken breast evenly across the pizza.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts on top for added crunch.
