Ingredients

  • Mixed cheese (mozzarella, feta, and gouda) - 150 grams
  • Black olives - 50 grams, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 10 grams, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out to fit a baking tray or pizza stone.
  7. Transfer the rolled dough to the baking tray and spread a thin layer of olive oil on top.
  8. Sprinkle the mixed cheese evenly over the dough, then layer with sliced bell pepper, onion, and black olives.
  9. Season the toppings with paprika, cumin, oregano, and chopped parsley.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
