Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Goat cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Pistachios - 50 grams, shelled and chopped
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh mint leaves - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Black pepper - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 10-inch circle.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper over it.
  5. Spread the crumbled goat cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top of the goat cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
