- Beets, roasted and sliced - 150 grams
- Pistachios, shelled and chopped - 50 grams
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Spread the roasted beet slices evenly on top of the dough.
- Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the beets.

- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
