  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Pine nuts - 50 grams, toasted
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced red bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly softened.
  6. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts and crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
