  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable broth - 200 milliliters

Steps

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

  5. Add the vegetable broth to the skillet and let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
