Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add the chicken cubes to the skillet, cooking until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the red bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
- Add the tomato paste, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken and vegetables with the spices.
- Pour in the chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Remove from heat, stir in the chopped parsley, and serve warm, garnished with a slice of lemon.
