- Walnuts - 30 grams
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Wash the fresh figs and remove the stems, then chop them into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped figs, honey, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and orange zest. Mix well until the figs are coated in the honey and spices.
- In a food processor, add the blanched almonds and walnuts. Pulse until they are finely chopped but not ground into a paste.
