- Preserved lemon - 1, rind only, finely chopped

- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the dough and spread it evenly with your hands or a brush.
