- Black olives - 100 grams, pitted and sliced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced green and red bell peppers to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are slightly softened.
- Stir in the sliced black and Kalamata olives, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the olive and pepper mixture evenly over the pizza dough.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
