Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams

  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Black olives - 100 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the sliced green and red bell peppers to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are slightly softened.
  6. Stir in the sliced black and Kalamata olives, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Spread the olive and pepper mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. If using, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, slice, and serve warm.
