- Almond flour - 100g
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 75g, crumbled
- Black olives - 50g, pitted and sliced
- Green olives - 50g, pitted and sliced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the egg and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/2 cm thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to the prepared baking tray.
- Evenly spread the crumbled feta cheese, sliced black olives, and green olives over the dough.
- Sprinkle dried oregano, fresh parsley, and red pepper flakes on top of the flatbread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
