Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
  • Green olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a baking tray or pizza stone.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly on top.
  5. Spread the sliced black and green olives over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the olives.
  7. Make two small wells in the olive topping and crack an egg into each well.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
