- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
- Green olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
- Eggs - 2 large
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a baking tray or pizza stone.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly on top.
- Spread the sliced black and green olives over the dough.
- Sprinkle cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the olives.
- Make two small wells in the olive topping and crack an egg into each well.
