- all-purpose flour - 200 grams

- ground almonds - 50 grams
- honey - 1 tablespoon
- powdered sugar - for dusting
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, semolina, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water while mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
- On a lightly oiled surface, flatten each ball with your hands until thin, about 10 inches in diameter.
- Mix the ground almonds with honey to create a paste.
- Spread a thin layer of the almond mixture on each flattened dough circle.
- Fold the edges of the dough to form a square, enclosing the filling.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
