Steps
- In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, semolina, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together.
- Gradually add the warm water while mixing with your hands until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
- On a lightly oiled surface, flatten each ball into a thin circle using your fingers or a rolling pin.
- Drizzle olive oil over each circle and sprinkle with a bit of honey and chopped nuts.
- Fold each circle into quarters, then flatten again gently to form a pancake shape.
