- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Black olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced red onion and bell pepper until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Spread 50 grams of tomato sauce evenly on each piece of Msemen dough.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each Msemen.
- Top with the sautéed onions, bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, and black olives.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the assembled Msemen pizzas.
- Place the Msemen pizzas on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
