- Tomato, diced - 1 medium
- Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons

- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon

- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth - 200 ml
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add minced garlic, julienned carrot, and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the diced tomato, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes to allow the spices to bloom.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook for 5 minutes to develop the flavors.
- Add the white fish fillets and shrimp to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the seafood. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the shrimp are pink.
- Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the seafood, then sprinkle with chopped cilantro and parsley before serving.
