  • Agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Shredded coconut - 30 grams, unsweetened
  • Fresh mint leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped Medjool dates, almonds, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom.
  2. Pour in the agave syrup and coconut milk, mixing well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Form small balls or oval shapes from the mixture, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut to coat them evenly.
  5. Place the coated balls on a plate and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
