  • Almond milk - 400 ml
  • Cornstarch - 40 g
  • Agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Orange blossom water - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped nuts (almonds or pistachios) - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh fruit (such as pomegranate or berries) - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the almond milk and cornstarch, whisking until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture starts to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once thickened, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the agave syrup, orange blossom water, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving bowls or cups and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set properly.
  6. Before serving, garnish with chopped nuts and fresh fruit.
