Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 400 grams

  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice to create the marinade.
