- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Almonds - 30g, sliced (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, ginger, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a spice paste.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the spice paste evenly over the salmon fillets.
