Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, coriander, turmeric, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade generously over the quails, ensuring they are well-coated, then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

- Remove the quails from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
- Grill the quails for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
