  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable broth - 200 milliliters
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another minute to toast the spices.
  4. Add the potato cubes to the skillet, stirring to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.

  6. Cook for about 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
