- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable broth - 200 milliliters
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
Steps
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another minute to toast the spices.
- Add the potato cubes to the skillet, stirring to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a simmer, then cover the skillet and reduce heat to low.
- Cook for about 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
