- Red bell pepper - 1, diced
- Zucchini - 1, diced
- Red onion - 1, thinly sliced

- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Harissa paste - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and red onion until translucent.
- Add the ground beef or lamb to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the diced red bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet, cooking until just tender, then mix in the harissa paste. Set the mixture aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
- Top with the cooked meat and vegetable mixture, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve.
