  • Chopped almonds - 30g
  • Chopped dates - 30g
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Greek yogurt - 100g
  • Fresh mint leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats, water, and milk. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and add the ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cumin, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
