  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced bell pepper, and red onion around the fish in the baking dish.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
